• This is a juried exhibition sponsored by the La Jolla Art Association (LJAA). The LJAA has its gallery in La Jolla Shores at La Jolla, California. Website: http://www.lajollaartassociation.org • It is open to all media except crafts. • This competition is open to all artists residing in Southern California. • All work entered must be for sale. • All work must be devoid of any colors other than black, white, or shades of gray (that means no colors like Rembrandt Blue that may appear gray). • All frames used must be exclusively black, and devoid of any ornamentation. • All work presented behind glass or plexi must be matted exclusively in white or white with black core (please use a pure white). • All work on canvas must be either framed (per note above with all liners being be either black or white) or gallery wrapped. • All wall hung work must weigh less than 20 pounds. • For all work not wall hung, the artist must supply a base or pedestal in either black or white (the gallery has only a small supply of pedestals).
