A California native, Bonnie studied painting at the University of Hawaii and United States International University. She has furthered her studies with a variety of teachers in San Diego.

 

Living in Southern California, she has been inspired by the amazing people around her. The vibrant, joyful San Diego lifestyle is often the subject of much of her work.

Bonnie recently completed a series of paintings of historical women, which will be featured at an event in 2106 featuring all women artists and musicians.

 

Primarily a portrait painter, Bonnie fuses realism and impressionism in her work. Her paintings have been shown at the San Diego Art Assn., La Jolla Art Assn., and several La Jolla galleries.
